10. Classroom and community conduct
Students and registered users may be expelled without reimbursement for unbecoming conduct as determined by the class instructor in the class, in discussion forums, in interactions with instructors, staff, or students, or in public statements related to the Academy, its instructors, staff, or students. Expelled students will receive CAE credits for classes they attended in compliance with attendance policies. Expulsions may not be appealed. Expelled students will be notified by email.
11. Your rights
You may opt out of the use of your Personal Data for marketing purposes, cancel your subscriptions, delete your profile, delete your data altogether. You can also unsubscribe from any email where an unsubscribe or opt-out link is provided to discontinue marketing communications or cancel your subscriptions. 12. Children’s Privacy
